Modern pumps are double-action (inflate on push and pull), have integrated pressure gauge so you don't overpressurize, and usually include adapters for different valve types.

• Pressure gauge: tells you exact pressure. Critical to avoid overpressurizing (15-20 PSI max for SUP, 7-9 PSI for wing).
