Terms and Conditions

All purchases made at elninomallorca.com are subject to the general terms and conditions set out in the following document:

1) Prices:

All prices shown in our product listings include 21% Spanish VAT.

2) Payment methods:

• Within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, orders can be shipped after payment by bank transfer. Shipment is via SEUR with a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• This method is not available outside the regions mentioned above.
• When paying by bank transfer, payment is not considered effective until the customer sends the bank receipt by email or our bank confirms it.
• Cash on delivery is also available.

*For orders over €300, cash on delivery carries a 5% surcharge. No surcharge applies for bank transfer.

3) Order shipping:

Shipping within Spain

— Mainland*

• Orders over €300: FREE shipping (except second-hand gear and packages over 3 m in length).
• Orders up to €300: shipping between €20 and €100 depending on parcel size. (SUP boards of 12" or more are quoted depending on destination.)

*Except second-hand gear, special offers and iQFOiL equipment.

Delivery time is 72 h when the requested product is in stock and the order is placed before 12:00 noon.

— Balearic Islands

Same conditions as above, with a delivery time of 48 h.

— Shipping of second-hand gear:

• Sail, kite, bar, boom, mast and general accessories: €20 / €25.
• Kite boards: €25 / €35.
• Windsurf boards: €40 / €50.
• SUP boards: €60 / €100.

4) Warranty:

Customers of elninomallorca.com benefit from the statutory three-year warranty on all new items, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 transposing EU Directive 2019/771.

Defects or damage caused by improper use of the gear, or wear and tear from normal use, are not covered by the warranty.

To avoid disappointment we recommend asking our team for advice — they will help you choose the right gear for your intended use.

5) Returns:

In accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the order, except for made-to-order or customised products. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The product must be in perfect condition, as must its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will refund the buyer immediately using the same payment method as the original purchase.

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, elninomallorca.com will cover the return shipping costs, provided the same carrier and service used for the original shipment are used.

6) Personal data protection:

In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), elninomallorca.com informs its customers that their data will be stored in a file managed by the company.

The purpose of this file is to process orders and, subject to consent, to send commercial offers on products and services.

Customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@elninomallorca.com.

7) Limitation of liability:

Windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foil, surfing, stand-up paddle, eFoil and other watersports are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or even death. It is the customer's responsibility to be properly trained in theory and practice, and to use the equipment distributed by elninomallorca.com correctly.

8) After-sales service:

All customers of elninomallorca.com have access to an after-sales service to resolve, as far as possible, any issue that may arise.
