• Newsletter subscription: name and email. Purpose: send commercial communications about products, offers and courses. Legal basis: consent (which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email).
• Course and rental bookings: contact details, level of experience and, where applicable, data of underage participants (with guardian's consent). Legal basis: performance of the contract and consent.
• Browsing: IP address, device data, cookies. Purpose: statistics and site improvement. Detail in the cookies policy.

4. Minors

In accordance with the LOPDGDD, persons under the age of 14 may not register or provide personal data without the express consent of their parents or legal guardians. For courses and camps we require documented consent from the parent or legal guardian.
