The Starboard Lima Carbon 29mm F40 Fixed is a Starboard SUP paddle. Choosing the right paddle matters as much as choosing the right board: a badly sized blade or the wrong shaft punishes shoulders, knees and technique. The right paddle multiplies your performance.

- Length: adjustable (versatile) or fixed (stiffer). Rule of thumb: your height + 20-25 cm for recreational SUP.
- Diameter: 29 mm is the Starboard race standard.
