How to choose volume for wing-foil:

• Beginner: rider weight in kg + 30 to 40 L (ex: 75 kg → 105-115 L).
• Intermediate: weight + 5 to 15 L (ex: 75 kg → 80-90 L).
• Advanced: weight or slightly below (ex: 75 kg → 65-75 L).

Most common constructions:

• Bamboo / composite: more affordable, durable, weight/price balance.
