The FreeWing AIR V5 is Starboard × Airush's best-selling all-round wing. Carbon pistol-grip boom as standard (109 cm, 345 g), Ultra-X canopy and an ultra-stiff airframe. 7 sizes: 2.5 to 8 m² (total range 5 to +26 knots). Light-wind 3-strut configuration in 7 and 8 m².
The FreeWing AIR V5 is the best-known all-round wing in the Starboard × Airush range. Medium-aspect-ratio wing with short strut for compact power balance — more manoeuvrable, better through tacks and gybes, and better behaved when flagged out.

How we recommend it at El Niño Mallorca
In the bay of Can Pastilla (Playa de Palma) or Alcúdia (typical 12-22 knots) a 4.5 + 5.5 m² set covers 90% of sessions for 75-85 kg riders. For strong tramontana add a 3.5 m². For real light wind add a 7 or 8 m².
