Severne Enigma Slalom Boom 180-230
The Severne Enigma Slalom 180-230 is a slalom boom in 100% pre-preg carbon with the LOCKJAW head: 2.85 kg, 27 mm grip and benchmark stiffness-to-weight.
The Severne Enigma Slalom Boom 180-230 belongs to the Enigma family, built with one objective: the best possible stiffness-to-weight ratio. Every boom is built individually, with the emphasis on technology, not mass production.
Technology. Constructed entirely in high-end pre-preg carbon. Both front and tail sections are massively oversized for unprecedented stiffness, allowing a grip diameter of just 27 mm — more comfort, less fatigue. Single-piece Uni-Grip EVA and the LOCKJAW head, engineered by Severne to fix the issues of generic boom fronts: function, reliability and a mast-specific connection with no adapters.
On the water. Made for slalom and cambered SDM sails: direct power transmission with no twist in gusts or when loading the boom. On race models an adjustable outhaul system is recommended (ordered separately).
