NSP Element HDT Tinder D8 6'6 Aqua is a surf board by NSP in HDT construction (High Density Technology), premium variant of the Tinder shape at 6'6" for beginner-to-intermediate riders looking for more durability and response in small to medium waves.
Construction. NSP's HDT construction applies a high-density lamination process over EPS core that results in a more rigid, tough and reactive board than the standard Element version. The D8 finish indicates premium fiberglass deck with greater resistance to foot pressure. At 6'6", it has slightly more volume than the 6'4, which makes paddling and take-offs easier in small waves.
In the water. The Tinder shape is wide at nose and tail, very stable for surfers progressing between foamies and fiberglass boards. The extra volume of the 6'6" vs the 6'4" makes it more forgiving for heavier riders or those still building solid wave position. Ideal for the small-wave spots common in Mallorca.
How we see it at El Niño Mallorca. The HDT version is the natural upgrade if budget allows: tougher and livelier underfoot than standard Element. If you're torn between 6'4" and 6'6" by weight — above 70 kg, the 6'6" gives you more room. Write to us with your weight and level and we'll point you the right way.
