The Billabong Absolute 2/2 mm BZ LS Springsuit is the long-sleeve, short-leg springsuit from Billabong's mid-range. 2/2 mm thick, back zip (BZ), long sleeves (LS), and free leg (FL) up to the thigh—designed for shoulder seasons and cool summer when a 4/3 is overkill but a rashguard isn't enough.

Technology. Graphene liner at core to hold temperature, unsewn sleeves and shoulder area to keep mobility. GBS (Glued and Blind Stitched) seams sealed inside with Super-Flex Neo Tape. Mix of Silicone Stretch neoprene, Recycled Pro Stretch, and SMART Foam. Non-toxic adhesives.

In the water. The springsuit format (long sleeves, short legs) protects your core and arms without heat buildup on your legs—perfect for long spring-fall sessions or cool summers. In Mallorca it covers roughly 18 to 22 ºC range depending on how cold you run. Back zip for easy entry.

Versus the 3/2 mm and fullsuit—how we see it at El Niño Mallorca. If you're only in May through October and notice the water's still chilly at first or last light, this springsuit is very useful. If your season spans winter, a 4/3 mm fullsuit is better.
