• Beginner: rider weight in kg + 30 to 40 L (e.g.: 75 kg → 105-115 L).

• Advanced: weight or slightly below (e.g.: 75 kg → 65-75 L).

• Carbon: lighter and stiffer, premium, better response.
• Inflatable: portable, ideal for travel, slightly lower performance.
